Car celui que l\u2019on voit comme une ic\u00f4ne de la victoire admet n\u2019avoir perdu presque un point sur deux, y compris dans ses plus grands matchs. Il invite les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s \u00e0 ne pas se focaliser uniquement sur les projecteurs, mais \u00e0 aimer l\u2019effort quotidien, loin des regards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La ma\u00eetrise du calme int\u00e9rieur<\/strong>&nbsp;est aussi au c\u0153ur de sa philosophie : \u201cQuand vous me voyez jouer, vous pensez que je suis calme. Mais ce calme, je l\u2019ai construit. C\u2019est un choix, un entra\u00eenement, une posture.\u201d L\u00e0 encore, un parall\u00e8le fort avec l\u2019entrepreneuriat : garder sa boussole, m\u00eame quand la temp\u00eate souffle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, Federer appelle \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>choisir l\u2019engagement.<\/strong>&nbsp;Dans ce que l\u2019on fait, mais aussi dans la fa\u00e7on dont on le fait.
