Ce syst\u00e8me a fait, et fait de plus en plus ses preuves.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Le naufrage de nos concurrents, qui s&rsquo;accrochent \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de management d\u00e9pass\u00e9, et nos r\u00e9sultats en attestent !<br>Si j&rsquo;ai tenu \u00e0 regrouper en deux bouquins toutes nos histoires, notre culture, notre mode de fonctionnement, et nos valeurs c&rsquo;est pour vous, c&rsquo;est pour vous laisser une trace de cette m\u00e9thode \u00ab Jud\u00e9o-chr\u00e9tienne Picarde rurale \u00bb par opposition \u00e0 la culture \u00ab Anglos saxonne industrielle \u00bb qui montre de plus en plus ses limites<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>MAIS&#8230;.. J\u2019ai conscience que c&rsquo;est copieux trop copieux.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>C&rsquo;est pourquoi je vais m&rsquo;efforcer de r\u00e9sumer l&rsquo;essentiel de la d\u00e9marche en 8 documents d&rsquo;une page que je dispenserai sur le r\u00e9seau certains lundis matins, et que je reprendrai, pour ceux qui souhaitent un compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;information, au cours d&rsquo;une r\u00e9union \u00ab bonne parole du chef \u00bb le vendredi matin suivant.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ce syst\u00e8me \u00e9voluera bien s\u00fbr !<br>Sous la houlette de Dominique et avec la complicit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00c9ric vous l&rsquo;adapterez aux circonstances futures, mais il importe que vous en compreniez les particularit\u00e9s pour que ces \u00e9volutions pr\u00e9servent l&rsquo;homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 de la marche.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Car c&rsquo;est vous sur le terrain qui serez les garants de cette homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 !<br>Donc lisez ces documents avec attention et conservez-les.<br>Les deux bouquins \u00ab La belle histoire de Favi l&rsquo;entreprise qui consid\u00e8re que l&rsquo;homme est bon \u00bb \u00e9tant plus un inventaire de documents de d\u00e9finition de nos outils et valeurs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JFZ<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Synth\u00e8se du \u00ab&nbsp;syst\u00e8me&nbsp;\u00bb FAVI par rapport aux \u00d4tres<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1<br>\u00d4tres : Dirigent ordonnent contr\u00f4lent et sanctionnent par le haut&nbsp;<br>Favi : On fait en sorte que les choses se fassent d&rsquo;elles-m\u00eames.
