Son but \u00e9tait de d\u00e9couvrir ce qui rend ces \u00e9quipes efficaces et de transmettre ces pratiques \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un premier temps, Julia Rodovsky s&rsquo;est concentr\u00e9e sur divers rituels de groupe. Elle a examin\u00e9 250 facteurs diff\u00e9rents, tels que les types de personnalit\u00e9, le leadership, les modes de communication, la diversit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes, les fr\u00e9quences d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e et de d\u00e9part, les activit\u00e9s communes tant professionnelles qu&rsquo;extra-professionnelles, ainsi que les d\u00e9jeuners communs. Malgr\u00e9 une analyse approfondie men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 180 \u00e9quipes de Googlers, qui comprenait 200 entretiens et une cinquantaine de recherches acad\u00e9miques, aucun facteur sp\u00e9cifique ne s&rsquo;est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00eatre un pr\u00e9dicteur constant du succ\u00e8s d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Julia Rodovsky a alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se pencher sur les normes de groupe, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire les mod\u00e8les de comportement implicites. Elle a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 identifier cinq normes pr\u00e9sentes dans toutes les \u00e9quipes les plus performantes. En novembre 2015, elle a publi\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de son \u00e9tude, connue sous le nom de projet Aristote.
