Je ne d\u00e9tiens pas toute la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2\u00e8me&nbsp;constat<\/strong>&nbsp;: Ma carte du monde exprime une \u00ab intention positive \u00bb. Je suis pr\u00eat \u00e0 la d\u00e9fendre de bonne foi et avec conviction car elle&nbsp;est porteuse de mon v\u00e9cu et de mes valeurs.&nbsp;<em>Soyez ouvert et curieux sur les motivations de vos interlocuteurs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3\u00e8me constat<\/strong>&nbsp;: Il y a autant de cartes du monde qu\u2019il y a d\u2019individus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4\u00e8me constat<\/strong>&nbsp;: Il n\u2019y a pas de bonne ou mauvaise carte du monde. Par contre certaines cartes du monde sont plus efficaces ou plus&nbsp;appropri\u00e9es en fonction du contexte ou de l\u2019objectif.<br><em>Pour parler en public vous serez plus performant si vous \u00eates convaincu que votre auditoire est en attente d\u2019information sur le sujet ;&nbsp;au lieu de penser qu\u2019il va vous juger sur votre savoir.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5\u00e8me constat<\/strong>&nbsp;: Les cartes du monde peuvent \u00eatre limitantes (interpr\u00e9tation n\u00e9gative) ou ouvertes (interpr\u00e9tation positive).&nbsp;<br>Par exemple une carte du monde limitante c\u2019est penser que \u00ab Manager \u00bb c\u2019est faire la police.&nbsp;<br>A l\u2019inverse une carte du monde ouverte c\u2019est penser que \u00ab Manager \u00bb &nbsp;c\u2019est aider les collaborateurs \u00e0 se d\u00e9passer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6\u00e8me constat<\/strong>&nbsp;: Les conflits naissent le plus souvent d\u2019une confrontation de cartes du monde diff\u00e9rentes. Pourquoi ? Et bien tout&nbsp;simplement parce qu\u2019en exprimant votre point de vue, vous pi\u00e9tinez sur la carte de l\u2019autre et bien souvent sans vous en rendre compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong>\u00a0pour bien communiquer, il convient d&rsquo;explorer la carte du monde l\u2019autre avant d\u2019exprimer la votre.
