J&rsquo;illustre mon propos, vous souhaitez passer d&rsquo;une organisation pyramidale \u00e0 une organisation de type lib\u00e9r\u00e9\/opale\/sociocratie&#8230; Pour embarquer le collectif dans ce nouveau mode de management, il convient : <br>&#8211; de d\u00e9finir une raison d&rsquo;\u00eatre, une ambition, des valeurs et des objectifs, cela repr\u00e9sente la partie visible, exprim\u00e9e par la direction. <br>&#8211; d&rsquo;aller aussi \u00e9couter, accueillir la partie invisible : les croyances, les doutes, les peurs que peuvent avoir les collaborateurs sur le projet, les changements, la nouvelle direction que vous \u00eates en train de donner.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Une organisation est une entit\u00e9 vivante qui \u00e9volue en permanence<\/mark><\/strong>. Il est donc tr\u00e8s important de pouvoir se mettre <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute des ressentis<\/mark><\/strong> individuels et collectifs. Dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, il convient de <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">redonner du sens<\/mark><\/strong>. N&rsquo;oubliez pas que le sens a une f\u00e2cheuse tendance \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9vaporer.
