Afin d’organiser ce PARLER VRAI, je vous propose d’organiser une r\u00e9union intitul\u00e9e : Faire4<\/sup><\/mark><\/strong>
Pour cela je vous propose 4 questions ultras simples <\/strong>o\u00f9 chacun s’exprime \u00e0 tour de r\u00f4le :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 ) Qu’est-ce que l’autre doit continuer de faire<\/mark><\/strong>  ? Ce qu’il fait bien, ce qui fait du bien, ce qui me motive, ce qui est sympa, ce qui fait gagner du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Qu’est-ce que l’autre pourrait mieux faire<\/mark><\/strong> ? Ce que l’autre pourrait am\u00e9liorer, ce qu’il pourrait faire plus longtemps ou plus souvent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) Qu’est ce que l’autre pourrait arr\u00eater de faire<\/mark><\/strong> ? Parce que cela n’a pas de valeur, parce que c’est mal v\u00e9cu, parce que cela prend trop de temps, parce que ce n’est pas utile, parce que ce n’est pas juste, parce que ce n’est pas \u00ab\u00a0bon\u00a0\u00bb (au sens de bienveillance) ou encore parce que c’est toxique…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4) Qu’est-ce que l’autre pourrait commencer \u00e0 faire<\/mark><\/strong> ? Ce que l’autre doit commencer \u00e0 faire, en expliquant pourquoi, et les cons\u00e9quences s\u2019il ne le fait pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voil\u00e0 un atelier tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 mener. Si vous pensez ne pas pouvoir l’animer parce que vos relations sont trop d\u00e9grad\u00e9es alors faites-vous aider par un tiers neutre : un coll\u00e8gue ou un consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
