Nous connaissons tous la m\u00e9taphore des tailleurs de pierres dans une carri\u00e8re. Quand on leur demande ce qu\u2019ils font. Certains disent tailler et trouver cela dur, quand d&rsquo;autres expriment \u00eatre concentr\u00e9s sur les directives donn\u00e9es et vouloir les suivent pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment et enfin les derniers construisent une cath\u00e9drale. S\u2019il existe dans nos entreprises ces trois types de collaborateurs :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ceux qui trouvent le travail dur et p\u00e9nible,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ceux qui font ce qu&rsquo;on leur demande,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ceux qui innovent et prennent des initiatives dans le sens de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Je partage la conviction que l\u2019entreprise serait plus dynamique si nous avions plus de collaborateurs qui incarnent pleinement l&rsquo;entreprise. Selon l\u2019\u00e9tude Gallup ces collaborateurs <strong>engag\u00e9s<\/strong> repr\u00e9sentent en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral 9% des actifs . Si certains sont naturellement des acteurs de l\u2019entreprise, d\u2019autres le sont parce qu\u2019ils adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 la vision et&nbsp;<strong>la raison d\u2019\u00eatre<\/strong>. Pour en arriver l\u00e0, il faut n\u00e9cessairement partager la raison d&rsquo;\u00eatre de votre entreprise. Apr\u00e8s 30 ann\u00e9es \u00e0 accompagner mes clients sur leur raison d\u2019\u00eatre, je partage avec vous les crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9ussite pour embarquer un collectif autour d\u2019une raison d\u2019\u00eatre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 ) Construire la raison d&rsquo;\u00eatre dans un processus collaboratif.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ) Aboutir \u00e0 une phrase courte et facilement m\u00e9morisable&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 ) S\u2019assurer que chacun peut la d\u00e9cliner dans son m\u00e9tier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4) \u00catre orient\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0b\u00e9n\u00e9fice clients et collaborateurs\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici un bel exemple : \u00ab&nbsp;Offrir \u00e0 chacun une meilleure fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;avancer&nbsp;\u00bb telle est la raison d\u2019\u00eatre de Michelin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un monde id\u00e9al, chacun devrait avoir sa raison d&rsquo;\u00eatre (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mevolution.fr\/oser-entreprendre\/comment-trouver-son-ikigai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">voir l&rsquo;article que j&rsquo;ai \u00e9crit sur l&rsquo;Ikigai<\/a>), et celle-ci devrait \u00eatre align\u00e9e avec la celle de l&rsquo;entreprise dans laquelle on travaille. Dans tous les cas, si cet id\u00e9al n&rsquo;est pas toujours possible, il me semble essentiel pour trouver du sens et du c\u0153ur dans son action de partager la raison d&rsquo;\u00eatre et les
