Gore, dont le si\u00e8ge social est implant\u00e9 \u00e0 Newark, dans le Delaware,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>W. L. Nous avons choisi dans cet article de mettre en lumi\u00e8re les 4 valeurs qui habitent W.L Gore &amp; Ass depuis sa cr\u00e9ation et ainsi ont pu contribuer \u00e0 sa r\u00e9ussite &nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>l\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;(Cela se mat\u00e9rialise par l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 envers les autres associ\u00e9s et les personnes avec lesquels nous entrons en contact)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>l\u2019engagement dans l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>&nbsp;(C\u2019est la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre ses propres engagements et de les tenir),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>la libert\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;de r\u00e9ussir et de faire r\u00e9ussir les autres,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>la ligne de flottaison<\/strong>&nbsp;(Consultation des autres associ\u00e9s avant d\u2019entreprendre une action susceptible d\u2019affecter la r\u00e9putation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Nous sommes persuad\u00e9s que le succ\u00e8s de Gore est directement li\u00e9 aux valeurs qui sont \u00e0 la base de notre culture d\u2019entreprise.
