En effet, ces trois verbes se conjuguent avec le bonheur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est en regardant une interview de Colette Roumanoff, accompagnante hors norme, de malades d\u2019Alzheimer, que j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de permettre \u00e0 un malade de <strong>faire<\/strong>, <strong>donner<\/strong> et <strong>recevoir<\/strong> le plus longtemps possible. En effet, ne pas enfermer un malade c\u2019est lui permettre d\u2019exprimer pleinement son potentiel plut\u00f4t que l\u2019agresser en voulant qu\u2019il se souvienne de situation que son cerveau a effac\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis parti de cette r\u00e9flexion, que j\u2019utilise comme une m\u00e9taphore ; si nous avons tous besoin de faire, donner et recevoir pour \u00eatre heureux alors il faut que chacun se place dans environnement promisse \u00e0 l&rsquo;expression de ses talents. Faire, donner et recevoir devient alors un moyen de r\u00e9veiller pleinement son potentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos entreprises, nos organisations doivent prendre la mesure, la responsabilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un climat favorable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9panouissement de chacun.
